K. Taxi Pay
1. A Pilot reporting for or performing a taxi movement in which an aircraft first moves under its own power for purposes other than flight and ending when the aircraft returns to its original position or its newly relocated position (including in-the-blocks engine run-ups) shall receive the greater of fifteen (15) minutes or the actual taxi time. This pay and credit will be paid above BSTG.
2. Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit the Company from assigning personnel other than Pilots to taxi aircraft.
3. A taxi movement by a Ready Reserve Pilot in his Domicile does not constitute an assignment which entitles the Pilot to a rest period.
4. A Pilot who is on duty is required to conduct a taxi movement when asked by the Company, except that the Pilot may decline such an assignment if the requested taxi movement is to be performed after the completion of the last Flight of a Pairing. This provision does not supersede a Captain’s authority with respect to safety determinations.
Emphasis is mine. I wish I could say we didn't have to do engine runups, but alas...
It's not all bad though. If you do it on reserve, ready reserve, or if you're below guarantee, you actually get the pay above guarantee. Obviously if you're above guarantee you see the pay regardless. Buys (part of) the lunch you had to miss to do it.
