Questions, How many days off do you guys on average get a month? Line holder and on reserve. On reserve can you move reserve days around bunch them all together etc... Is there a min day guarantee for any sit days on layovers? Trip rig? Are most trips 2 or 3 or 4 days? Can you drop trips or reserve days? Are pilots staffed correctly or are you guys working like crazy? I realize this has probably been covered a bunch, but im curious to see what the QOL is like based on some of these.
