You didn't comprehend what the quarterly said about the 120 Day cancellation. If INC is in breach of contract then United would not need a written "cancellation policy" as you surmised. The express jet 200s are a three year deal. INC Prorate flying has the 120 day cancellation policy.
Or, what the loss of airplanes will do to SkyWest if the United MEC gets its way... Xjet may be the first step to pulling all 175 flying in-house.
And, people have predicted the surmise of Mesa for a long time. I don’t worry about it. Some of our CPA’s with United are long-term deals. We will be flying for United for at least the next 10 years.
