I don't think the move is worth it just based on lack of job security. AS has no scope, I don't mean weak scope, I mean nothing, zip, nada. That, paired with AS's evident struggle with the VX merger, continuous display of middle magament shuffling (both sides, bus and Boeing), recent announcements of growth cuts for the future and overall lack of leadership shown in the last few months kinda make it a no brainer.

Id stay away. AS as a stepping stone from regionals? Sure. But uproot your family and move over to the northwest for AS? Hell no.

Junior FOs that actually live in Seattle and Portland are bailing for any of the big 4/ FedEx/UPS (I personally know a few). There's your sign.
