Being on Reserve for the last several months I have been unable to pick up open lines on my days off both normal and golden days. eCrew does not let you pick up trips if you are on a reserve status for that month.
During the summer I was able to work on both normal and golden days if I put Green slips in for 1 1/2 pay like BF said
there is an option in Ecrew to pick up flying on your off days (x or golden) but it counts against your reserve guarantee just like any trip you fly on a reserve day would. Plus, you don't get your day off back. I have used it a couple of times trying to fill up early in a month. Otherwise, just put in the greenslip on your off days and try to get the extra pay.
