All airliners crash at about the same rate, except two models. The Concorde, and the MD-11.

The Concorde has a 12x higher accident rate than standard, due to the only crash that they had (they ran over runway FOD on takeoff), and the small amount of hours flown.

The MD-11 has a 7x higher accident rate than standard. It has also had a landing accident, where it hit hard, the wing broke off from the fuselage, and then the aircraft rolled over on its back and impacted the ground. That has happened either two or three times. No other transport category aircraft has ever had that type of accident.
