Plan to credit 120-130 hours a month here on average living in base (nyc specifically) if one hustles. Endeavor has very good open time pay and pickup rules, especially if you’re senior enough to get bought off for IOE. Taxes are a b**** though.
On the other end as a commuter I did 14 days off (was 15 but got a BYD) and did 105 credit with a 2 day pickup last month. It's pretty much impossible to credit 75 here. The months I've made no attempt to pickup anything I still seem to hit 80+ credit.
