A lot of the cadet programs are no commitment until you accept some kind of compensation. PSA is that way, no commitment until you start receiving the tuition reimbursement. One thing I found really beneficial from just being apart of it are the connections you’ll make. A big part of making the quick move to the next level is who you know, not what. So if you’re involved and do some good networking it could work out in the end even if you go somewhere else.

Edit: so my recommendation is sign up for all the ones that interest you to make those connections then pick the regional (cadet or not) that is best for you in the end.
