Applied around July 4th, didn't hear anything. Sent a follow-up email a week later, again nothing. Pestered recruiting again last week and got the "thanks we are reviewing all applications and if you are competitive we will reach out to setup a formal interview." Unfortunately, it looks like CPZ won't work out as I have two other offers that start the first part of October.
