Not at all. At the moment the decision is made not to decice, the exact conditions/circumstances are known. And the crew has options if the weather changes before takeoff.
The same can’t be said about he decision to overfly a hurricane (you’re not there yet) and your options are greatly reduced if things go downhill while over it.
