I believe the thought is that a maintenance base could serve as a crew base. It is 10 CA and 20 FO. The most junior CA is 4/2018. The most junior FO is 7/2018. It really doesn’t make sense to me either.
So, basically it would depend on those First Officers getting promoted out?
