I am late 40’s and didnt go to my fedex interview after being at AA for 4 months. No way I was going to commute to Memphis, deal with night hub turns, training pay, or a crashpad in training. American has treated me great so far and I have not had one negative interaction with anyone. I am drinking the koolaid but like I said earlier: go to Fedex because they probably have 25 billion in cash sitting around and AA has 25 billion in debt.
