I just think you guys are reaching for a problem that really isn’t there. Out of all of the problems someone picked the wrong headset based on this review talk about 1st world issues and the issue of noise pollution in an airplane.


So to sum up. Mint was a cutting edge product from an airline that never had a first/business product. It was introduced over the massive objections of Wall St. It turned our once barely profitable trans cons into one of thee most profitable routes. It has expanded far beyond the scope of its orgional intent and it might even go to Europe. It has great reviews (save this one) and you guys ignore all of that and say yeah well the headset is wrong. Wow. Yeah bluedriver it’s Valid if all you can do is ignore the good in a product and find the bad. I would say their decisions about mint have actually been pretty good. Other things not so much but Mint yes.

But maybe when the big exciting announcement is made about Europe on October 2nd gee I can’t wait, they will also announce new headphones.
