You will average a minimum of 35-40 hours per month almost anywhere in the system, bfi included. More if you volunteer for saturday flights, ups specials, etc.
PM freightdogs and she could probably coordinate with recruiting so your app doesnt get kicked out of the system for not meeting the ifr mins yet. It shouldnt be a big deal to schedule for an indoc a month or 2 away when you will have the time. You can also fly as a vfr captain and upgrade when you get to 1200.
