SkyWest will get you through training the fastest. 5-7 weeks from day 1 of indoc to checkride. IOE currently coming within a few days of passing the checkride as well.

Usually there is a wait for the ERJ to get a class date, but you might be able to get a class date in January for that.

For the CRJ, you can get a class date within a week or two but with your resume and your lead time, I'd try to grab an ERJ class date in January. It's a more valuable type, and learning the automation on it will prepare you better for understanding the VNAV you'll be using at mainline.

Either way you can't go wrong though.
