SkyWest probably has the best “Sim” advantage.. they have 2 dedicated sim facilities with plenty of sims to handle even more training if needed.. they have 7 CRJ sims dedicated and 2 more in ATL with “first rights” (do to ASA) and and 5 ERJ sims.. they bought fancy FTD trainers that help bridge the gap. 1/2 day in clas ground and 1/2 day doing flows, FMS training... im going to be honey. They realy “dulled” down systems (as do most majors) compared to what we had to lear 20 years ago...
But for the original poster. “Recency of experience” seems to be the hurdle to getting through training at most regionals...
