Half of the pilots at this airline were hired within 1.5 years ago, and a lot of them are going to be hitting 1k hours soon. The street captain ship is about to sail away if not already. The Q400 is a dying fleet and every time a few pilots slide over to the jet they park another airplane. Schedules and QOL will steadily decrease on that plane.
