I'm in San Diego, close to Montgomery Field, but I can drive to French Valley, Ramona or Palomar. There's an FBO called Pinnacle Academy at Palomar (KCRQ) that has a Seminole for $225 or $205 if you have some previous experience there, which I do. I can't say though that I have ever taken their PA-44 up ever. I'm not an MEI either. But, hey, I'm willing to make things work. PM me.
