As for PBS, you’ll need to be super senior to enjoy it. I found that 16 days a flex month (28 days so count on 17-19 per calendar month) was the norm, usually 3 weekends a month on, and every holiday worked.

7/7 or 8/7 works around that to a degree, and you maybe able to get Super Dave to adjust your PBS schedule for you, but guys aren’t enjoying making their own scheds as Red Label Pilots because they enjoyed PBS.

Crew rot was a thing, but you’ll get enough min rest assignments that it’s not really feasible or necessary.

Plan to work hard. Plan to work often. Plan to be on the road on holidays. If possibly landing a CL seat and staying in some cool places makes that a good trade for you then have at it.
All true but you forgot about the very long upgrade time, many schedule changes in the middle of the night and throughout the day due to lack of pilots to crew airplanes, undefined rest rules, 4-5 leg days 14 hr duty days with min rest most of the time.

Flexjet was a company, when owned by Bombardier, was a difference maker in the industry! Today it has become a shadow of itself a trend setter for the wrong reasons and pilots are showing this with their feet. Most will tell you they had no intention of leaving while under Bombardier but with the sale to DAC that all changed and it has only become a pit stop.

Too many other jobs available today that are a better choice, but if your looking to build some time quickly and get out and move along this is the place for you.
