Like everything here, when it comes to reserve your experience is going depend on what fleet you get. I can tell you from experience that the 145 is comically overstaffed with FO’s. Subtracting consolidation flying, I’ve averaged about 10 hours a month. My loss could be your gain though, if you get the 175 - comparatively luxurious with short involuntary reserve commitments and even FO critical coverage sometimes.

Because they have a lot more information than we do on how the big picture will be shaping up moving into 2019. Reading in between the lines, there are definitely things in motion that we aren't privy to yet.
