Can you explain why if you proffer for S1 and don’t confirm, you can only get assigned a RAP 2?

Can’t CS call you at midnight and assign an S2 or S3 since you would be getting 10 hours of rest prior?

Also, preassigned RAP 1s after days off usually get communicated in an HI6. Isn’t that considered notification, even if you don’t confirm?

Wish this stuff was in an easy-to-understand format. The contract is not good for understanding nuance.
