Am I getting this? I’ve read the reserve section and am still deciphering all the language. Obviously a new hire who’s only been on reserve a few months.
You are not required to confirm anything. If you receive a preassigned RAP 1 (HI6), then they took it upon themselves to confirm for you. If they assign you something outside of an assignment they notified you for via HI6, you are not required to confirm it. However...past day 1 of your first (usually preassigned assignement) if you do not confirm whatever it is they gave you, they will call you at midnight with an assignment (almost always RAP 2). If at that point, you do not answer and confirm, you will receive a Missed Assignment.
