Maybe .. But just playing devil's advocate - If one party went to the NMB and said they have a legitimate offer, the NMB would be obliged to bring both parties to the table.
This could be a sign the company is struggling to hire enough pilots to staff their fleet growth plans.
This seems plausible to me but I am not getting my hopes up.
I asked last week at a PUB event if they thought the company would be bringing an offer and York said no. If they were interested in presenting an offer they didn’t need to wait for an NMB meeting because they know where to find us.
