The most senior pilot (that I personally know) who has never been offered an upgrade is a 2008 hire. These pilots have standing bids in for the Lear and Phenom, so if your very junior friends really are being told they can upgrade, then Flexjet management has already violated at least one part of the employment agreement. I suspect however, that you are the one who is being less than honest here. Bids, in seniority order, are out for Phenom and Lear captains. Perhaps you should remain silent since you don't work here and have no clue what is happening at Flexjet.
