Pretty much what you’d expect. Always exceptions to everything and if the secret was known, it would be all over this forum.
I heard that tier 1 is split into two categories. Tier 1A would be military with masters Tier 1B would be civilian with degree (masters adds more points) and being a check airman / chief pilot . How true that is idk
