I bet Delta HR doesn't realize that their silly/dumb/stupid selection process will put some great people at the bottom of the stack. Have you considered reaching out to them directly and offering the methodology you've found effective at screening 10,000 applications and hiring 1,000 a year?
At least they do hand scoring, UAL has a “algorithim” that nobody knows.
