It’s not possible, it’s an impossibility. No way someone can increase their pay over 50 percent. This is not the airlines where you can actually pick up extra days of flying on days off. You COULD request to be extended like that John guy does every month, but even then at extended day pay rate for a 3rd year FO you still could not reach 137K.
If anyone claims something is too good to be true it most likely is not.
