Upgrade time at the Majors are about the same as FedEx.
The Ration of wide to narrow bodies is a plus but at most Major if you conflict training with a trip, you get paid for you trip. If your flight cancels you get paid. There is no make up bank or Substitution BS. You don’t have to renew your passport or visas on your days off and when you send it out and it don’t get back before you next trip, you get paid for you trip.
The commuter policy at the Majors is way better than FedEx.
As for wearing the hat, well that’s very important 🤣🤣🤣
