That’s not how it works. Longevity pay is based in your years of service regardless of equipment. What Envoy has is a disgrace for the RJ part of the industry.
UPS has longevity pay, Envoy has seniority pay.
Tomato tomato. Just different ways to skin the cat. Both can be concessions unless you recoup the value traded for the savings in diminished training churn.
