Proffer to displace - ONlY allows you to go to an OPEN vacancy that the junior pilot you are volunteering to take their place could hold.

Displacement - No surprise here that you can hold what ever seat you can hold.

My biggest annoyance with out union continues to wait until hours before the close of the bid to put out really useful information.
