I don't believe wall street will view gigity running the airline with the same level of excitement the bluthisphere will. Confidence in her abilities in not high hence a neutral stock price move since her promotion. Wall street understands that she doesnt.
Who knows. Incompetence in management is a staple here at Jetblue airways. Maybe Ben Baldazar will be "demoted" from board member to running the airline. Under his tenure spirits stock was in the $60's if I remember correctly.
Its certainly frustrating to see your careers being tossed aside for perception and image.
