Dont at all worry about the 20 questions. I know i didint do well on it but I had a solid interview and was given the job. I was told they are a last ditch decision if they are on the fence about you. The HR questions are very important, they want to make sure you are trainable and a good fit for the company.
Read the online interview gouges, they are spot on! I even posted one myself on aviationinterviews.com Its not a difficult interview just make sure you're prepared.
Cant stress that enough, read the online gouges!!
As far as shephardair wait for your CTP class to be scheduled they will give you a discount on the software
