I think I know where you are and I’ve got buddies at JetBlue... 17-19 days off in the 190 by the time they finishesd their first year. Easy transition from the Barbie jet also.

First year pay is probably comparable to what your getting with Training center MMG, but JetBlue gives a 15% DC (now and 16% in 2021), and second year rates are better than the 12 year CA rates where you are now (and you only get about a 4% match). You’re about 11-12 years out from from being a Group 2 captain at AA. Theres lot of higher earnings at JetBlue (especially 401k DC) than staying the WO/ flow route over that period of time. For most folks that amount of money will never be regained by staying the WO/ flow to AA route.

If you get the opportunity, go! Run to JetBlue and bring more of us with you.
