Quick post now. In my class at XJT three months ago there were 14 academy grads, (some ATP, some Delta Connection Academy, some Regional Airline Academy) and 2 higher time 135 corporate guys. We all did very well, with no gaps between the low time and higher time people. I think the spread was

lowest: 500tt
highest: 3000tt

Those three schools do have interview agreements with XJT, and they are probably flooded with those guys and gals right now. Keep sending in your resume. Oh, I have heard the "over qualified" line numerous times since I started paying attention to XJTs hiring history. From what I could see, they want em young and gullible (like me). I have even heard that they get an insurance break for hiring from an academy, but I have no proof of that.
