Speaking of toxic culture what’s the deal with all the f-ing political threads in C&R?! How are we going to get an industry standard contract, much less industry leading, if we can’t pull our collective heads out of our rear ends? Instead of educating and uniting the membership it’s 10-20 threads of political diarrhea. If the moderators have any sense they would ban it immediately.

I wonder if the management team we will be negotiating against spends every day telling each other they are a bunch of idiots? I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that they work on building consensus and strategy instead of ranting and raving. Pilots can be a weird bunch.
