Over the summer because of such low amounts of FOs, upgrading was frozen and no one upgraded for like 1-3 months (can't remember exact time frame). Upgrading has resumed, but is now more like 3ish years. Looking at the current 10/1/18 seniority list, and current upgrade award for the November class, the most junior FO to be awarded was hired September 2016. I would call that about a 2-year upgrade. Junior DEN upgrade will be a September 2016 hire, junior ORD upgrade will be a July 2016 hire, and junior STL upgrade will be a September 2016 hire.
New hires look like they either got their base of choice out of training or waited a month or (maybe) two in some cases to hold DEN, ORD, and STL.
