Higher put out a memo stating that folks can use common sense and substitute similar items while the company transitions from Twin Hill to M&H. (The Twin Hill sweaters were designed to be worn as stand alone substitutes for the blazer, and have shoulder straps for rank. For what it's worth, the M&H sweaters seem to be generic black V neck jumpers without shoulder straps.) At some point there will be a hard cut over to M&H gear (word is that mainline does that on 01JAN19). Until then, if you want to blend in with SkyWest guys, knock yourself out.
