Clearly you miss understood my question. I am talking about a new hire. If a new hire class starts on the same day and there is a group of people they all can not have the same seniority number. How are those guys on the same start date broken down?
Height. Tallest to shortest. Tallest gets first pick, shortest gets what’s left.
It’s really the only fair way.
