Thanks mate. That seems to be the same way it was done at my current airline. I am gathering information on if I apply or not but first doing my homework and sometimes reading the forums I get lost in the way things are done in USA. Slightly different to the Australian way but it seems the forums still work the same. Ie a lot of smart ass and fewer helpful fellas. Thanks for your help.
