Have you even looked at the large number of posters here who, with good quals, NOT getting called at majors let alone legacies. Yes, if you’re looking for a pilot with a couple thousand hours of Gulfstream international time; you’ll find a shortage. But until DL starts making cold calls, there’s no shortage.

I have somewhere old Flying magazines filled with ads by UA, EA and AA seeking applicants to fly for them even offering training. That’s a shortage.
