The flow won't change for the worst if more airplanes come and it won't change for the better if more airplanes don't come. The flow will scoot along at the minimum levels spelled out in the contract. However, flow aside, stretching staffing to razor thin levels with to man even more airplanes is most definitely something that will hurt the pilot group from a QOL standpoint. More JMs, denials for drops, denials for PVDs, denials for RSV swaps, etc. Certain statuses are seeing these sort of denials currently more than others, but if more airplanes come you can bet everyone will be feeling the pain.

Management will have even less of a reason to work with us if they are biting off more flying by getting the Compass flying. And no I wasn't here when PSA did what they did, but I was in the industry and watched it happen. Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
