I know someone who just recently busted Phase 2 for not devulging everything. When in doubt, fill it out. Phase 2 is a long wait, so you'll be second guessing yourself for months whether not making that speeding ticket known will be an issue or not. This is a no shít thing. they pulled me just shy of my checkride in indoc for this. the situation should have been null void expunged and quite frankly a non issue as it was well past the 10yr check. oh right and i was a minor.
