Had a crew stay in the cockpit with the door closed until everyone was off (*must have been a serious debriefing) and big shout out to the guy who would wrote up 3 BS things (ie: display should be brighter) while I was waiting for him to move his butt (*without letting MX know) and then shut the plane down to cold, INCLUDING COCKPIT DOME LIGHTS OFF while I was repeatedly telling him we were due out an hour ago. I messaged his FO to ask WTF the deal was...he said flying with him was just about as enjoyable as I would have guessed it was.
