I know someone who just recently busted Phase 2 for not devulging everything. When in doubt, fill it out. Phase 2 is a long wait, so you'll be second guessing yourself for months whether not making that speeding ticket known will be an issue or not. I had one speeding ticket and made it known during the interview process....it was a non-issue obviously.
Please tell me that these days that Phase 2 is completed BEFORE you start training? Imagine quitting your last gig, "hired" by jetblue and in training when a disqualification event "pops up" in your background check (Phase 2).
