Upgrades vary month to month, we still have around 50 aircraft on the order book yet to be delivered with rumors for an impending order. Hiring and upgrades will continue. Reserve depends on the base but in general assume 6-10 month reserve. Upgrade is around the 3 yr mark +/- a few months
