I interviewed in April 18 and at least while I was in the room they didn’t even look at my log books. I’ve done E log books for the last 4 years on the civil side and had a couple hundred hours that I printed out and had loose leaf paper for. I think the directions say to not tab it.
They definitely go through your logbooks earlier in the day as you turn them in as soon as you show up. I guess the only reason they'd ask about them in the interview would be if a specific issue came up.
