Not trying to be disingenuous at all. It's a legit question that I had to ask myself as I waited over 6 years for SWA to finally call me. It sounds like you're doing good things to increase your 'score'. Have you had anyone else look over your app for mistakes you may have overlooked? How often do you update your flight times? How many job fairs have you been to where you could speak one-on-one with a recruiter?
There was nothing magical that changed in my profile that finally resulted in the invite after doing all of the above for years on end, so maybe patience is the key. Not sure how long you've been applying, but it might just take some time.
