Probably not, but when you ask if it "counts," you'll need to be more specific. By the time you get to an airline, you should have high school far behind you. If you're getting another flying job right out of high school, however, the employer may be more interested in your recent history. if your suspension affects your grade, then it may come up. Otherwise, nobody cares what you did in high school, so long as it didn't result in driving infractions, an unfavorable employment history, or result in poor grades.

I would caution you to fly straight, so to speak, as your life is under somewhat of a microscope, and there are plenty of others who can be hired with clean histories. Your mac and cheese experiment will rank low on the totem pole, but don't let it become a habit.
