No, I don't think the company provided "adjusted total pay numbers" equal industry leading pay. The only way you can guarantee your pay is through your guaranteed hourly rate, not some fancy math that is predicated on company performance.

We just voted to accept pay cuts each year for the foreseeable future as inflation eats away at our income. Brilliant.
