Man don’t ya hate being half way up a seniority list?

But I don’t see the problem with keeping options open. An FO asked me about it I said the same thing I always say. Interview get the job and decide at that point. There is way to much theory and stress created by it. Go to work have fun( I still do) apply and see what happens.

I don’t think the company is worse but I do think we lack vision. It sure could be turned around quick or we could lumber on. If you look at past history we lumber on but as we all know airlines change quick. If we had real leadership this could be a great airline. The parts are all there they just are not used correctly. (Especially the employees that want to do a good job and be proud of their company). We have definitely let Wall St run the place and the stock keeps going down. That needs to change but I’m not sure it will with this ELT.

If I lived in the northeast or FL I would still apply here. But anywhere else not so much. But definitely keep options open, our ELT sure does.

I still like JetBlue I just don’t like knowing the total potential it has that is just totally squandered by stupid decisions and a lack of focus.

If someone came in with a real vision and a get back to basics plan while cleaning up SOC and middle management and focused on achievable goals this place could kill it.
It’s like the hot girl that doesn’t know she is hot. But again that would take real leadership and also have them admit that they have failed at things.

They should just say they failed to take care of the employees hence the unions but the past is the past and we all need to move in one direction with real goals. Work with the unions and the employees to get back to what JetBlue was.
